What is "Trip Payments"?

In your navigation panel on the left, you will see the page Trip Payments under Financials.

Trip Payments Page

This page is currently designed to direct you to a form to setup Trip Payments with GroupCollect, one of our sister companies. GroupCollect is a Trip Payment and Registration platform that is designed to help programs manage any and all details associated with group travel.

They have a dedicated team member who will receive the form you submit, and can assist you with product knowledge and the in the GroupCollect platform. From there, you will be able to start managing all of the administrative aspects for your upcoming trips!

Signup for Trip Payments

1) Click on the Trip Payments page and click "Start"

2) Answer the various questions

3) Add your email and click "Submit"

Getting Started

You will receive an email invite from GroupCollect to schedule a demo of the GroupCollect Register product. Once you have scheduled your initial demo, a team member will walk you through several features of the product and answer any questions you may have. If you are interested in using this platform for your trip, they will then help you set up the details and walk you through next steps.

GroupCollect also has a help document library that you can review, and their support team can answer any technical questions you may have.

Cost to Use Trip Payments

GroupCollect uses a transaction-based model, meaning that it is FREE for your program to use. All fees associated with the system are transactional/ based on processed payment transactions.
