Post Migration Data Archive Access
CutTime is maintaining data archives for both of our legacy platforms (Charms and ‘Classic’ version of CutTime) for a period of 120-days after the user access shut down on Friday, August 30, 2024 12 pm EDT. During this time period, you may send a formal request for retrieval of your program’s historical data from our archive database.
PRIOR to 12pm on August 30, 2024, you are responsible for exporting all of your program’s data from either Charms or ‘Classic’ systems.
How to Send a Data Archive Retrieval Request (AFTER AUGUST 30, 2024)
All retrieval requests must be made in writing to support@gocuttime.com with the following information:
- Program CutTime Official Program Representative’s full legal name (person who is legally responsible for all the data in the account)
- Program CutTime Official Program Representative’s email address
- Program Name as listed in CutTime, with State and Zip Code
- Indicate whether you require a specific feature data set (e.g. Instrument / Equipment Inventory or Student Account Balances) or FULL extract.
- A full extract includes - Students, Guardians, Student Balances, Instruments, Music Library, Attire, and Equipment. Any data sets outside of this list requires specification.
Once received, our support team will review your request and verify your identity in our system, and then confirm the data archive delivery format and timing with you.
Deadline for receiving data archive retrieval requests is Monday, December 30, 2024 at 12pm EDT.
Convenience Fees May Apply
Bear in mind that post migration data archive retrievals require additional administrative handling by our staff on top of the standard account servicing activities.
Single Program Account Subscribers:
If your current CutTime account subscription is in good standing, you can receive all of your CutTime Exports at no cost. You are also eligible to make up to 3 data archive retrieval requests at no additional cost. After 3 requests, you will be charged a fee of $50 per additional request which will need to be paid via Purchase Order with check or by credit card. Payment is due before the archive retrieval is completed and provided to you.
If your current CutTime account subscription is past due or you have chosen not to renew your subscription with us, you will need to pay an upfront convenience fee of $250 either by Purchase Order with check or by credit card for the data archive retrieval. Payment is due before the archive retrieval is completed and provided to you.
District Bundle Program Account Subscribers:
Convenience fee amount will vary depending on the volume of archival data you are requesting from us. Please contact us via support@gocuttime.com and we’ll provide you with an estimate.
