Information Needed For Renewal
Requesting a Renewal Quote/Invoice
If you are a current Customer and would like to request a renewal quote/invoice, you can email us at Support@gocuttime.com, and our Billing Team will issue one for you.
In this email, please indicate the following information:
1) Your name and if you should be listed as the primary contact
2) The name of your program/school
3) If you are renewing for 1 year or 3 years
4) Indicate anyone who needs to be copied on this renewal and their email address
5) If there are any changes to the billing address
District or Bundle Purchases
If your program is a part of a district that has purchased multiple subscriptions of CutTime, please reach out to your district's representative for more information, as they will be the primary contact for this renewal.
If you would like to add additional subscriptions to your renewal, please indicate the number of programs and their names, as well as the primary contact(s) for those programs.
Your pricing tier will determine your renewal price. Pricing discounts are applicable for purchases of 10 or more subscriptions.
