Online Payments

Offering an online payment option to your students and guardians so they can pay their fees online is essential to providing them with the best quick and secure payment solution. We recognize the need for accepting online payments from guardians on the behalf of a student and for program members to be able to pay their fees online for themselves. Currently, we work with Stripe and Vanco as our merchants. This article is focused on integrating with Vanco!

An existing account number is required for integration with Vanco Payments. Make sure you have that information and you're approved to request this integration!

To integrate with an existing Vanco Payments account:

  1. Fill out the form on this page to notify our support team that you're ready to start accepting payments through Vanco Payments!
  2. Our support team will review the request and follow up with any questions they need to get you started.
  3. Once your request has been processed, our team will notify you, and the Configure Payments page in your Program Settings will reflect your Vanco Payments information.

Once these steps are complete, online payments are enabled in your program!

The convenience fee associated with online payments defaults to being paid by the payer of the fees (as shown in the video below), but it is possible to move that fee to being paid by the program! Be sure to include that in the form, or reach out to support@gocuttime.com to request that adjustment!
