A Magic Link is a special link sent to your email or text message that lets you log in without needing a password. When you click the link, you’re automatically signed in to your account. It’s a secure and easy way to access the system without having to remember login credentials.

When you receive a Magic Link from your program administrator—whether it's to notify you of an announcement, a newly assigned cost, or another program-related update—that link will grant you access to your Dashboard Page in CutTime. This page serves as your personalized profile, where you can view important information related to your participation in the program.

We highly recommend bookmarking your Magic Link to ensure quick and easy access to your Dashboard, without the need to search through past text messages or emails.

To help you with this, here are step-by-step instructions for bookmarking the link on your mobile device:

To avoid having to re-verify each time you use your Magic Link, make sure your browser is not in "private" or "incognito" mode. These settings prevent your login session from being saved, which can lead to repeated verification prompts

For best results, bookmark your Magic Link on the authentication page before entering your verification code.

If you’ve already gone through the authentication process, you’ll need to manually copy the Magic Link from your message or email and save it to your browser for future access.

  • Google Chrome Browser

    To add a website to your home screen using Chrome on an Android device:

    1. Tap the Magic Link in your text message to open your Dashboard Page in Chrome.

    2. Tap the three-dot menu icon in the top right corner of the browser window.

    3. Select "Add to Home screen"

    Please note: If the website has a corresponding app available in the Google Play Store, the

    “Add to Home screen” option may be replaced with “Install app.”

4. From there you can choose to edit the title of the icon, before clicking "Add".

5. If you go back to your screen, you will see the bookmark, as well as the Chrome icon attached. (Which means you cannot switch the icon to another browser).
